Refund and Cancellation Policy For Subscriptions

We enjoy helping you study for your test and succeed on the exam but we understand all great things come to an end. 

When you start a subscription on Smart Edition you agree to being charged monthly or every 3 months based on which plan you select and you have the ability to cancel you subscription at any time in your dashboard. 

Your first months billing charge is non-refundable. For additional months billing if you would like to request a refund you must submit your request within 48 hours of your most recent billing. Refunds are only eligible for the most recent months billing period. 

How To Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in your account management settings by going to your “dashboard” at the top of the website in the navigation menu and scrolling down to “plans” where you will see the option to change or cancel your plan. Refunds for previous months or prior subscription periods are not offered under any circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria

We promise to give you the best materials to 100% set you up for success. However, if you don’t actually use and study the course, it’s going to be challenging for you to pass the test. 

In order to be eligible for the pass guarantee, you must have purchased your course after July 1, 2024 and complete all steps in the course over a minimum 7 day period including:

• Complete all of the lesson topics for each section of the exam
• Complete all the practice tests
• Complete all of the question banks by topics  
• Complete all of the flashcards

Smart Edition does not guarantee that you will get accepted to your program after meeting the schools minimum score requirements as that decision is made solely by each school’s program.

Claiming The Guarantee

If you have completed the entire course including the lesson topics, timed practice tests and question banks and the progress bar at the top of your course marks all course steps are 100% complete on or before your test date. Send us an email at [email protected] with your order information (first and last name, order number or email address) along with a copy or photo of your score report and the documentation of your school’s minimum required score on their website by providing the URL for the website page. 

After we verify that you have completed the course and received your information, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method for 200% of your payments for up to 2 months of your subscription. Depending on your bank the refund will show in your bank account within 7 business days.
